In 2018, Centrale Nantes boosted its attractiveness and visibility on the international stage. Over half of the students enrolled in the engineering programme were involved in either an incoming or outgoing mobility programme via the 52 double degree agreements in place among 188 international partnerships.

At the same time, the International Master's programmes saw a significant increase in student numbers. This was particularly visible across the 4 Erasmus Mundus Joint Master's Programmes (EMARO +, Master of Science in Computational Mechanics, EMship and REM).

Finally, in 2018, the school consolidated its participation in four strategic international networks: T.I.M.E, MAGALHAES, RMEI and HERITAGE and in new European programmes: Erasmus Mundus Joint Master REM, SAM, TA-VIE and MEDACCR.
